Heavy metal

There was once (early 19th century?) a fashion for cast iron gravestones. They're quite rare now, as they have tended to rust away. Unless the family popped round every few years with a tin of Hammerite. Found this one in St Cuthberts' graveyard.
We'd just met Shandonner at the farmers' market, and nipped up the road to buy a new futon.
On the way home, we bumped into Sands.
Which was nice :)
