Bus Challenge No 48!!

Having shown you the outside of Ely Cathedral, today I thought I'd show you the inside!

After a quiet morning, I took the bus into Ely where I spent the afternoon taking a guided tour of the cathedral, and enjoyed wandering around this beautiful, serene building. It was another stunning day, so before meeting up with M to head back to the cathedral for Evensong by candlelight, I took a stroll along the river Great Ouse. Sitting in the ancient choir stalls, lit only by candles, the Evensong service was lovely, with a wonderful choir and this magnificent setting...
