Rays

5.6C and cloudy all day. Light breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went for our walk after lunch. We went down the road to the shore road and then down to the beach via the level crossing. I stopped just before we went down onto the beach to get this shot of the rays as the sun tried to break through the clouds. Quite a change in the weather today. It seemed much darker with so much cloud.

We passed one dog walker as we wandered along the sand to the fishermen's huts where we saw Tom, the owner of Shamara II, making up new creels. His wife and son Ben were in their hut putting net on new creels in the warm.

Shorter walk today. I had it in mind that Maeve would be better rested for her visit to the Vet tomorrow ...
