In Coxs Creek

At low tide a white-faced heron was hunting for "lunch". I saw it when on a midday run as a break from the agenda reading. A drop of water is falling from its beak, and whatever it caught has just been swallowed.

A day gazing at the computer screen, in preparation for the next two days. Broken for my run and my lunch, and later a patient assessment. I have now completed almost all the reading. Will assist with making dinner after posting this.
