Mono Monday

I have to confess this was taken on Sunday but I do have a good excuse.  On Sunday night I suddenly became ill with this sickness virus that seems to be going around and spent all Monday in bed with a high temperature.  I seem to be ok this morning though and optimistically got on those scales hoping that my discomfort would at least have resulted in a loss of a few pounds.  No such luck.  The dial hadn't moved at all.  Anyway it feels good to be almost back to normal.
