Jiaozi dinner

Finally the rolling pin arrived with minced pork and flour from TESCO delivery due so Emily excitedly carried out her jiaozi making project - I've developed skills to roll out jiaozi dumpling skins in good round shape and Emily wrapped it up with minced pork/carrot/fungi stuffing.

So we made this up for the New Year celebrations which we didn't have time on that day.
