Yes, yes I know I should have made these on Tuesday but I didn't and I've been hankering for pancake since!

Lazy start to the day.  Feet didn't hit the floor till 11.30am.   Cold, miserable afternoon so nothing else for it but staying cosy indoors and a spot of baking.   

Not telling you what else I made but if it works out when completed, it will be blipped.    Empire biscuits to follow later in the week.
