John Removal in Paris

Nothing personal about this. They've just finished construction on Rue Tolbiac in Paris (our usual Carrefour Market is across the street--their red/grey front is left of the blue truck). The fellow in the maroon cap is directing the small crane.  Across the pond we often call these "Porta-Johns", more or less (don't quote me).  I'd be curious to hear alternative appellations  (as personal as you want :)

The church in the background is Saint Anne's, currently under extensive restoration. I've market the spot where I'm standing on the map.
