Looks like a lovely morning for a cycle, doesn't it?

The reality was a 25mph (40kph) south westerly wind which felt like a northerly. 

I hate cycling in the wind. When it's that strong, it's like cycling uphill. 

The good news was it didn't rain or snow. 

More good news when I got home - I've lost another kilo. That's 4kg since I got back from Amsterdam at the start of January.

What's 4kg in British money? Over 7lbs I think.
