Gripping stuff

I spent most of the day in town helping the Brookvale Community Association do some thermal imaging in homes. It was a good day and I hope the team there are now trained and confident to do the work themselves.

On my way home I bought these blue guys, and blipped them late in the day, any ideas what they are...?
