Raindrops......at last!

We had a beautiful sunrise starting at 6.10am and still going strong 40 minutes later, then as the sun was due to rise the sky changed, cloud set in and believe it or not light rain began to fall. 

Light rain became steady throughout the morning, a good soaking for the garden before making way to blue sky, a good breeze and plenty of sunshine - it's been a warm 27C for most of the day.

A little calendula sprinkled with raindrops, the day it rained....at last!
