In Wellington, having left home before 0600 to get to the airport to catch the 0700 to Wellington. My meeting ended early enough for a run, and shortly before I got back to the hotel I went past the Reserve Bank of NZ where this sculpture is on an exterior wall.

The sculpture by Guy Ngan is untitled, and consists of five interlocking bronze parts forming a taiaha (a traditional weapon).

Off out now for a special dinner at Parliament as part of the marking of 100 years since the first meeting of the Medical Council of NZ.
