The View

There are so many places along the bluffs above Lake Michigan that offer magnificent views of the Lake, & every day on my way home from work I turn onto Lake Drive, & this is the view I see. Most days (when the temperature allows it) there will be people sitting on the benches scattered around the area, just relaxing & looking out over the water, or walking along the path that runs along the bluff. That's Milwaukee's downtown area off in the distance, & today it's covered with a bit of mist since the air is warmer than the water. A perfect day--the temperature actually hit a high of 51--definitely springlike!!
