Jayhawk

Short of a Blip today so I've resorted to a picture of this mythical creature, the Jayhawk. The people of Kansas in the USA became known as Jayhawks but the term later came to be applied to students at Kansas University in Lawrence, Kansas, where W lived and worked for a few years in the 80's. The sports teams at the University are all known as the Jayhawks and I bought this one on a trip to Lawrence a few years ago to see the town and meet some of W's old friends.
