Gates to hell

J went down to London for a revision course for her exams. She left on the early flight and that along with not sleeping well and a tickly cough meant I was knackered. Worked late to get some stuff done as J was away.

Had a gym session with the trainer from yesterday. She has given me a couple of new programs so I’ll have to start going back the gym in the mornings now. Hopefully they will only be 30 mins each so I can still get to work early.
