Yes, it's a Smart car with turf stuck to it. It's a mobile advert for a local gardening service and was drawing a good few folk with cameras when I saw it parked at the supermarket. I'm not sure why it has a face but that's probably not the best place to start unpicking the logic behind sticking turf to a car.
