A new view

After chairing this morning's meeting of the Education and Culture Committee on the 4th floor of the Scottish Parliament I was walking down the back stairs and realised that I had never blipped this view before.

The roof in the foreground is the member's restaurant. The building in the background is the MSP block and the tower on the right contains various offices including those of the Scottish Government Ministers.
