Papercourt

Close to the spot I blipped yesterday, this is Papercourt, where I used to sail. I liked the bank of cloud against the blue of the sky. 

Gill decanted the sloe gin today. What to do with the gin-soused leftover sloes? Gill stoned them, then spread them in a tray with bits of shredded orange peel and cinammon, all covered with melted dark chocolate and allowed to set. I don't know what it's called but I've tried it and it's pretty damned good.
