For some it was professionally an extremely difficult day at school when the effect of a recent decision created a right old witches brew of idealogical, philosophical, political and emotional conflict - all bubbling with indignant outrage - and I am relieved to say that I am merely a peripheral observer.  All will out eventually.  Geçmiş Olsun to all major players.  Stand fast.

In other news: On a day when the weather was as turbulent as the atmosphere at school, I walked to work in lovely warm sunshine, spent the afternoon looking out of the window at dull overcast and listening to thunder and just got home before the heavens opened.  I am relieved to read the latest news from Blipfoto founder Joe Tree here - breathe.  Sorry to learn that we have lost John Renbourn yesterday.  Here to hear.  And ...
