Signed up

I haven't been out of the house all day today, so the photo is a 'snap' of the carnation still going strong.

So why at home all day? De cluttering the kitchen, that's why. The original plan was to do the kitchen and small spare room. Who knew it would all take so long! so tomorrow the small room and hopefully some normal chores like ironing etc.

We made or decision on Estate Agent last night and sent emails out. The successful agent called and said she had a 'window' today for us to do the paperwork.

So, we are signed up and just awaiting the photographer and EPC inspection.
