Fresh Eggs

Last week I visited my "egg lady" and bought a dozen fresh eggs.  I made one little dessert with Myers Lemons with 3 of those eggs and tonight I made this frittata out of 8 of those eggs.  Bill didn't try my recipe because there was just too many things he didn't like in this (mushrooms mostly), but this was pretty good.  Most of this will go home with my aunt, because I am not a big egg person, and after two servings of this, my taste buds will reject it.  

We had some cantaloup that was okay, but not as tasty as it is in full summer and I had a blood orange that she and I shared.  That was really good.

So, gotta go.  She's in the kitchen cleaning and I need to go back.
