Prodney the 20+ year old ex Russian Racehorse and rider Sarah in Bushy Park who belongs to Park Lane Stables, what a beautiful animal! Emma and I ran into them by chance this morning, Sarah was very friendly and posed for ages for us.

I went for a glorious dog walk in the park this morning with Emma and Belle, such a lovely day! We went to Sainsbury's afterwards to get some jubilee napkins and cakes and red white and blue icing for the children who have vairious Jubilee celebrations this week at school.

Afetr a busy admin based afternoon I took the boys down to the Lensbury for Karate, had a great chat with Jo and Sarah mainly about all the kids and how best to deal with all their issues!

The kids had fun decorating cakes and are now watching land of the lost, Max bought the series Rev so we are looking forward to watching a bit of that after they've gone to bed!
