Lots Of Bubbly

38 Years ago I married The Man! He deserves a medal but instead got a few glasses of bubbly wine.

The day began with a trip to the cattery with Ali. From there we went to the crematorium for the funeral of a neighbour. On to Carlisle for lunch then off up to Edinburgh to see #2 Daughter.

I took with us a left-over bottle of Prosecco from New Year, we toasted with whisky that night! Kat also had a nice bottle of Muscatel which was a nice sweet follow on drink.

I hear talk about teenagers drinking at home before going out for the night so that's just what we did! Then we were off to the Caley Sample Room for a celebratory evening meal.

Well done That Man, who'd have thought we'd manage this?
