Picnic

The Little Misses were out bright and early. With a little picnic they'd prepared for themselves. Pom Bears at 8am?!!
There were lots of spy games - which mostly involved hiding in a picnic blanket den, waving sticks and climbing the apple tree.
We had to drag ourselves out to race to Bicester to meet the builder at our house. I dropped the Little Misses off with Nana and Uncle D and then headed down to the house.
When the builder arrived I was literally struck dumb by the sight of him. A specialist in listed buildings apparently!
Once he'd taken photos and measured up and I'd managed to stop staring at him the Little Misses, Nana and I popped into town. The Little Misses do like to get their fix in The Pound Shop!
Amongst other treasures they bought bows and arrows and enormous water pistols. They're such girly girls!
A healthy lunch of Nutella on toast and then we headed home for an afternoon in the garden - more spy games and lots of shooting at each other with water (which of course led to lots of tears, screaming and bickering!)
Swimming, popcorn, fruit smoothies, How to Train Your Dragon and bed.
Holidays are tiring!
