A blooming shame

(Since it's Flower Friday...)

Not sure if the cosmetic enhancement  signifies the forthcoming make-over of this old building in Haverfordwest but fact is the whole town could do with regeneration. Its main shopping street is 50% charity outlets and bargain basements and all the new developments are out-of-town and more or less off-limits to people without cars. It's a sad and soulless sort of place that doesn't seem to have a rosy future.
