Rest in Peace

On Friday I brought C to the airport for what we knew would be one last flight to Maine to spend time with her mother. This morning, attending Mass at St. Catherine's, I prayed that her passing would be peaceful and that her family would find solace holding to each other and knowing that she had lived a beautifully independent life right to the end.
