Sunny Steps

Our SUNET conference is on at “The Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences” and here you can see the entrance steps on this sunny day. The young people sitting on the steps are students at the school and are learning to be teachers of sport, coaches, trainers or to work in sports management.
SUNET stands for “Swedish University Network” so most of the people at the conference work with IT in various ways. However, we are mostly reasonably healthy despite spending our days in front of computers so we didn’t look too out of place :-)
I almost wrote “sitting in front of computers” but actually a lot of us spend our time standing up in front of screens because it’s healthier and our employers reckon an adjustable table is cheaper than employees off work with bad backs!
Behind the sitting students there’s a rather beautiful sculpture of a young man and women, naked and holding hands. That nearly got blipped but some people find nakedness upsetting so it stays in the background!

PS - Blip burst! I've been so busy (and on the road) the last few days so I’m getting up-to-date by blipping 20th, 21st and 22nd April today, as well as today's (24th) blip.
