End of the day #2

You know how they say of some places, that you could eat your food off the floor? Well, I guess this Volvo garage would be one of them!

Arrived here just after 5:30 to collect my car which has been here for two weeks getting various bits fixed; or trying. It was mainly to do with a power steering oil leak but there are other bits that need sorting as well. Parts are hard to get; this being a place where cars are not kept for as long as mine is. Jerome has once again done a sterling job for me and I cannot thank him enough.

And we finally got the weekly shop done - only 4 days late - nearly into another weekend even. It was overcast all day which made er... a nice difference! There are rain showers predicted even; unheard of at this time of the year, but very welcome if they bring the temperature down.
