"HELP! I'm stuck!"

Dear Diary,

My carpenter's dog Shadow decided that she wanted to crawl under the little storage shed behind the house to take a nap.  When she tried to get out she became firmly wedged in!  She really only needed to lie on her side and wiggle out, which she eventually did, but she seemed determined to try it this way first.  The little Pork Pie (my nick name for this sweet old pup) whined and grunted for awhile until she finally extradited herself.  Her sister Ryder, a very cute black lab and chow mix, was very concerned but all's well that ends well!  I gave them both a treat to celebrate Shadow's heroic escape from captivity.
