Day 840 - Shooglenifty

I arranged to go to my friend Kate's for dinner and she suggested we go see Shooglenifty at the Tolbooth.  It was some kind of 'showcase' gig with 3 bands playing  - the other two were Willie Campbell and the Rua Macmillan Trio - so they only played a few tunes each which was disappointing!

The Rua Macmillan Trio were fab (never seen them before) and the Shoogs were absolutely brilliant!  Willie Campbell wasn't my cup of tea but he does have a good voice...

Might have to get my fiddle out...
