I wish I'd been able to spend more time just sitting watching.
(Himself would probably say I spent enough time anyway).

Tonight (Matthew) I'm going to attempt the recreation of a couple of the dishes we were instructed about, at the cookery demonstration, at the weekend.

I might be gone sometime.
