Bleaklow B29

I joined a Ramblers walk today which visited the site of the B29 aircraft wreckage from 1948 which is still (thankfully) spread over an area of high moorland above the town of Glossop.  It was quite sobering.  However the walk itself was very enjoyable and in the company of people I knew from other walks.  I've added four extra photos.
