When I've got a day off I like to make the most of it so, after dropping in to see my son in Derby at lunchtime, I drove to North Wales to camp for the night.  A great campsite just along from Llyn Ogwen and very cheap, although there were lots of chickens, ducks, geese and sheep all over the place and I had to take care not to run anything over!

On the way I visited the RSPB reserve at Conwy but hadn't realised that the car park shut at 5pm, which only gave me an hour... which wasn't really long enough.
