The Yellow Poppy of Wales - Meconopsis cambrica

Meconopsis cambrica, the Welsh poppy, is a perennial poppy with yellow to orange flowers.  It has been used since 2006 as the basis for the logo of the political party Plaid Cymru. I have both yellow and orange ones all over my garden and this one has strayed into my Sorrel bed! It has been a day of rain, sun, rain, sun - this blip was taken in between showers as you can see from the raindrops. I took several shots while I could - see anoher extra photo.
