Business Leadership style

The module leader today discussed the different types of business leadership style. It was very interesting since we actually did some role play and the module leader (who was I believe a professional actor or someone working in that industry) was so impressive in acting. This drawing is supposed to be my interpretation of how i lead people. I could not remember what each entity in the drawing stands for although i know that when i am tasked to lead a group of people, I tend to try and engage everyone and hear what they have to contribute rather than tell them what I want to be done.
