The Weather Seemed to be Clearing

12.2C starting very wet with rain clearing late morning to showers then becoming sunny during the afternoon. Wind to 26 mph with gusts to 41 mph.

Grocery shopping today, making sure to have everything in for the week. The new gas boiler is due to be fitted Tuesday and Wednesday and although we should be able to go out on Tuesday when Apothecary7 has her day off we wanted to be prepared.

Before lunch Apothecary7 and I took Maeve the Deerhound for a walk as the weather seemed to be clearing. We went up to the church then continued out along the country road to Scryne. We turned right at Craigmill farm and went down the track to the shore road. A shower came on as we walked along the cycle path so Apothecary7 took Maeve home up the road to the shore while I walked on.

I came back round in a long loop, heading into Carnoustie then up the main road before turning along for home. It has cleared and become quite sunny since about 2pm.
