Forget me not

... and for a brief moment I couldn't recall their name!

Summer has arrived - at long, long last!
After spending a number of hours on mum's care and maintenance, including two visits to the pharmacy, I finally got a few hours to plant out the pansies and geranium cuttings into pots a job that I've been hoping to get round to for the last few weeks.

Today's blip was a bit of an afterthought - taken after the cloud had arrived.  I took several flower portraits - purple geraniums, iris sibirica - in the end I like the dainty blue of these tiny flowers the best of all.
