Long day!

It's been a busy few days, so I'm back-blipping to catch up!

Friday was a long day. Drove to Wentbridge in the morning for Jess and Phil's wedding. It was a lovely day and they managed to get the outdoor ceremony they wanted. It was beautiful, they married under the pagoda in the garden, followed by a drinks reception on the lawn, then a lovely wedding breakfast inside. The speeches were great, especially the best man's, which managed to be both a bit cheeky, but also very touching. It must be a tough gig doing the best man's speech! It's a fine line between a bit rude and completely inappropriate! But John did well and it went down a storm.

I left after the speeches, but I'm guessing they partied into the night.
