TINO

Woke up with a sore throat and headache so took some paracetamol and had a quiet day.  Started feeling much better this afternoon.

Bought a few things on ebay this afternoon.  Given the change I could quite happily while away many hours on ebay ( and spend too much money )  so I try not to go on the site too often. 

Walked to slimming club at 5pm.  Lost one pound this week.  Quite pleased - and glad the chocolate torte I had on Friday didn't scupper my weight loss.

Weather was sunny again today but the ground was wet when I got up so I guess it must have rained earlier.  Here is Tino enjoying the sunshine.  He loves to roll around on the patio when he first goes outdoors.
