Spa Day

A 'Brighten and Glow' spa day at Woburn Centre Parcs for my friend's birthday was a much-needed chance to switch off for both of us.

A blissful few hours being pampered and soaking up the atmosphere in the many steam rooms, saunas and outdoor heated pool overlooked by the beautiful forest trees made for a tranquil experience.

The hot stone massage was so relaxing while the herbal steam rooms were filled with the most beautiful aromas. The only hiccup was the water temperature was playing up so we had cold foot baths and icy cold tropical showers instead of hot ones! Brrrrrhhh

A truly relaxing and rejuvenating day that reminded me how important it is to relax. I can feel another spa trip coming on again very soon.
