Sunset over Mount Peel

With plenty of sun and scudding clouds throughout the day, I thought tonight could be a good one for sunset shots. After initially heading up Tripps Settlement Road, I decided to turn back and cross the Rangitata and shoot the mountains from the opposite side of the river.

This is the first time I've ventured up Rangitata Terrace Road and it was a pleasant change to take in the view from the other side of the river. I'll definitely be heading back over again soon for another expedition...
