. . . . . of a well known landmark. I'm sure that the owner must feel that his life has been turned upside down, just like it's pictured in this image. The house, known locally as the Cotter House, has been in the Cotter family for a long time. Badly damaged by the succession of quakes, it's due for demolition and is in a dangerous condition. Such a sad sight!
