Snowy field on the road to Mt Hutt

The South Island has had one of the biggest snowfalls for 10 or so years. The graders have been busy all day on the roads in the foothills of the Canterbury Alps, making access to the snowy scenes much easier.
I was intrigued how the furrowed lines in this slope have been accented by the snow.

I am now going to have to deal directly with the Insurance Co., instead of EQR. It's going to be a whole new ball game. After nearly 13 months of being out of my house I'm not really in the mood for new games! However, I need to try to make the best of it so that I can move back home, asap.
