International Yoga Day

Today is the first International Yoga Day with events around the world. Yoga is not only about a set of breathing exercises in certain positions, but also about gaining a  deep understanding of the human body and heightening aspects of the mind linked to inner calmness. Today's blip was taken in Maryhill Burgh Hall, Glasgow with a terrific turnout of people with their mats and enthusiasm.
