Caladh Lighthouse

More walking.

We drove round to Tighnabruaich and from the village walked along the shore towards the boatyard at Rhubaan and further out along the shore path that forms part of the Cowal Way. On Sunday we stopped and turned at the waterfall, but today we walked out further to Caladh harbour and the little lighthouse and the houses nearby. We had a seat on the stone steps at the old quay before we came back. Maeve the Deerhound was walking slowly when we came back over the hill and down the track towards the boatyard so we had another seat on the bench near the point before walking back.

We drove the short way to Millhouse for lunch at the barn, then went back to the flat and just sat and enjoyed the view to make the day last as long as we could.
