Fuss on the Beach

Hive of activity down the bottom of our street today. Police wandering about, bottom of the street about to be closed off and lots of bunting up on the Prom. There's a royal visit due - hence the freshly painted bollards. All makes sense now, although would be interesting to see the council justification for spending the money on painting the lampposts along the Prom. It's true what they say, royalty must think the whole world smells of fresh paint. Anyway, rather than hanging around for a pic of the VIP visitor I liked these sailing boats, rigged up on the beach in the sunshine.
