Balinese wood sculpture

After a bit more research we find out the whole visa renewal thing appears to be easier on Lombok so after to'ing and fro'ing a little we decide to cut short our Bali leg and head to Lombok tomorrow. Andy's not particularly enjoying the commercialism where we are at the moment anyway and isn't very inclined to explore Bali more. Anyway, we have to get these visas renewed so we decide to take the slow boat tomorrow and travel on to Mataram where the Immigration office is. We checked out flying out and in again or perhaps going to the Philippines but both were too expensive so it seems to be our best option.

We head to the Puri Lukisan Art Museum for a bit of culture this afternoon. It's pretty cool with some great wooden sculptures ... and you get a free drink and some weird cake stuff with the entrance fee!
