Egyptian Geese: pilates

Goose pilates...
I've just back blipped yesterday: Keane in concert!

I'm seriously considering taking a series of these pictures to my next pilates class as a suggestion for the instructor:
"Lift one leg and lean forwards balancing on the other"
"Stretch one wing forelimb backwards, over the extended leg"
"Now pull both forelimbs back with elbows bent so that your elbows move towards the spine, opening up the chest, and hold..."

This the the father goose demonstrating the second step: his right leg is stretched out underneath his wing.
"Very good: move to the front of the class"
