May I have some more water please?

What a hot night.  My legs wouldn't stop twitching and I thought my feet were going to self-combust they were so hot.  I think it was about 2.30 a.m. when I went downstairs to take some paracetamol for my legs and get an ice-pack for my feet.  It has been cooler today but has started to heat up again.

JJ's still on hedge cutting and I'm watching the tennis.

Yesterday's Balti was excellent but it's salad tonight.

I think this robin was trying to empty the bird bath, which I had only just refilled.  You can see the water level and I'm really surprised it could fly.
