Life through the lens...

Flower Friday

This unusual flower is my Phormium Tenax Variegata. Or common name. New Zealand Flax.
This flower started growing in March and is now about 5 ft. High.
The first time it has flowered, and so I am very pleased.
Not sure MrC thinks much of it! Wanted to know when the flowers would come out!
Told him it was already flowering!
I thought it would make a nice blip for Flower Friday, and did the collage so you could see the tiny individual flower, as well as the tall stem.

Have a good weekend Blippers. Hope the weather stays good!
